CBD Dosing 101 for Beginners

Simple, Clear Guidance for Safe & Effective Use

Understanding CBD is simple when you know one thing:

Always pay attention to milligrams — especially THC.

At Ase Pure Naturals, we keep formulations clean, intentional, and easy to understand so you can dose confidently.

Step 1: Broad‑Spectrum CBD (Zero THC — The Safest Starting Point)

Our Broad‑Spectrum formula contains:

  • 30 mg CBD per full dropper
  • 0 mg THC

There is no THC, which means:

  • No high
  • No psychoactive effects
  • Safe for THC‑sensitive individuals
  • Safe for those concerned about drug testing

How to Dose Broad‑Spectrum

Because this is a liquid extract, dosing is flexible and easy to adjust.

  • ½ dropper = 15 mg CBD
  • 1 full dropper = 30 mg CBD
  • 2 full droppers = 60 mg CBD

Beginner Start

  • ½ dropper (15 mg CBD)

Standard Daily Use

  • 1 full dropper (30 mg CBD)

Higher Wellness Support

  • 2 full droppers (60 mg CBD)

CBD at 60 mg is generally well tolerated.

The most common side effect at higher doses is:

  • Mild sleepiness

Important:
Broad‑Spectrum CBD will never cause a high because it contains zero THC.

You can increase Broad‑Spectrum dosing without concern for psychoactive effects.

Step 2: Full‑Spectrum CBD (30:1 Ratio — Micro‑Dose THC)

Our Full‑Spectrum formula contains:

  • 30 mg CBD per full dropper
  • 1 mg THC per full dropper
  • 30:1 CBD to THC ratio

This is considered a micro‑dose THC formula.

However, THC is psychoactive — even in small amounts.

At low doses (0.5–1 mg), psychoactive effects are typically minimal — but not zero.

How to Dose Full‑Spectrum Safely

Because it’s a liquid, you can adjust carefully.

  • ½ dropper = 15 mg CBD + 0.5 mg THC
  • 1 full dropper = 30 mg CBD + 1 mg THC
  • 2 full droppers = 60 mg CBD + 2 mg THC

Beginner THC Rule

Start with:

  • ½ dropper
  • 0.5 mg THC

For beginners:

🔴 0.5–1 mg THC is the maximum recommended starting range.

Do NOT start with products containing 5–10 mg THC per dose.
That level can feel intense and uncomfortable.

You can always increase later.
You cannot undo a THC dose once taken.

Pay Attention When Increasing Full‑Spectrum

When increasing Broad‑Spectrum:

  • You are only increasing CBD.
  • No psychoactive risk.
  • Possible mild sleepiness.

When increasing Full‑Spectrum:

  • You are increasing BOTH CBD and THC.
  • THC rises with every dropper.
  • This is where attention is required.

Example:

2 full droppers of Full‑Spectrum =

  • 60 mg CBD
  • 2 mg THC

60 mg CBD is well tolerated.
But 2 mg THC may feel noticeable for sensitive individuals.

Increase gradually — preferably in the evening.

Simple Daily Plan

☀️ Daytime (Conservative)

Broad‑Spectrum:

  • ½–1 dropper (15–30 mg CBD)
  • 0 mg THC

Full‑Spectrum (if comfortable with THC):

  • ½ dropper (15 mg CBD + 0.5 mg THC)

🌙 Evening

Broad‑Spectrum:

  • 1–2 droppers (30–60 mg CBD)
  • 0 mg THC

Full‑Spectrum:

  • Start with ½ dropper
  • Increase to 1 full dropper if well tolerated
  • 2 droppers only after understanding your THC sensitivity

The Golden Rule

CBD:

  • Non‑intoxicating
  • Can be taken in higher milligram amounts
  • May cause mild sleepiness
  • Will not produce a high

THC:

  • Psychoactive
  • Dose sensitive
  • Requires respect
  • Even small milligram increases matter

Broad‑Spectrum is forgiving.
Full‑Spectrum requires awareness.

Know your milligrams.
Respect THC.
Increase slowly.

That’s CBD Dosing 101.
