• We offer standard shipping through reliable carriers. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.
• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
• At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
• For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $5.99 applies.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor your package’s progress.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns of unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of the purchase date.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
